Tax Services of Milford was established in 1977 as a tax preparation service company by Robert N. Diamond. Robert passed away in May of 2011, and his longtime business associate, Patricia Waddell, became the owner. Patricia continued the business model of providing needed services at affordable rates.

Clients are in need of assistance when it comes to tax planning and preparation, TSM takes pride in servicing our client’s needs year after year.

Our Team

The team at TSM is made up of professionals who, in total, have decades of experience with tax planning and tax preparation, bookkeeping, asset protection and CFO services.

The team is led by Patricia, Manager, on the tax planning and preparation side of the operation. On a daily basis, Keith, Chief Operations Officer, manages the overall operations, client services, bookkeeping and CFO services.
